PediaSure | 3D Game design

We were thrilled to collaborate with Publicis Groupe and Abbott on their new game for PediaSure, a nutritional supplement for kids. Our task was to create a 3D design and animation for the main character of the game, a cute and friendly dinosaur baby. We used our skills in modeling, rigging, texturing, and look development to bring this character to life and make it appealing to the target audience. The game is designed to educate kids about healthy eating habits and the benefits of PediaSure. We completed this project in one month and delivered a high-quality result that met the client's expectations and vision.

Character modeling

One of the most challenging and fun aspects of this project was the 3D character modeling of the dinosaur baby. We wanted to create a character that was realistic enough to resemble a dinosaur, but also cute and adorable enough to appeal to kids. We used Blender to sculpt the character's body and head, adding details such as scales, horns, and teeth. We also paid special attention to the character's facial expression, making sure it was expressive and friendly. We were very happy with the final result and how it matched the concept art provided by Publicis Groupe.

Posing character

One of the final steps of this project was to pose the character in different ways to showcase its personality and abilities. The character's rig to create four poses that were suitable for the game. The first pose was a happy standing pose, where the character smiles and waves at the camera. The second pose was a cheering jump pose, where the character leaps into the air and raises its arms in excitement. The third pose was a show strength pose, where the character flexes its muscles and grins confidently. The fourth pose was a step up pose, where the character stands on a crate and points forward with determination. We used these poses to create some promotional images and videos for the game.

Environment

Another important element of this project was the environment where the game takes place. We wanted to create a 3D cute city that was inspired by a real location in Sai Gon, Vietnam - Cho Ben Thanh. This is a famous market that sells a variety of goods and food. We used Blender to model and texture the buildings, stalls and props that populate the scene. We also added some local visual elements such as signs, posters, and chair to give the environment a more authentic feel. We used a bright and colorful palette to make the environment look cheerful and inviting for kids, the environment livelier and more interactive.

We are very proud of the work we did for this project and the feedback we received from the client and the users. We think we achieved our goal of creating a 3D design and animation that was fun, engaging, and educational for kids. We learned a lot from this project, and we enjoyed working with Publicis Groupe and Abbott. We would like to thank them for their trust and collaboration. We hope to work with them again in the future on more exciting projects.
